These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nicph ("nicph", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at nicph.org and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated by nicph.
By completing the registration process, accessing your nicph account, or using any service on nicph.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any nicph service.
nicph reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an account with nicph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
nicph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements. Any winnings or bonuses credited to an ineligible account shall be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active nicph account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and date of birth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify nicph promptly of any changes.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: nicph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, and Voter's ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. nicph reserves the right to request additional documentation where required for compliance purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nicph account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. nicph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
All transactions on nicph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nicph accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
nicph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits.
All games offered on nicph — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot machines, Bingo, Star Fishing, Rummy, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly address a situation not covered herein.
nicph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. The integrity of RNG systems is periodically reviewed by independent auditors. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events conducted by trained dealers on certified equipment, and are final once the round has concluded.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, nicph's records shall be the final authority on game outcomes and transactions. nicph is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own hardware, software, or internet connection failures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nicph and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

nicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where nicph has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any activity that poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to nicph.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure, inactivity), verified balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding AML checks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nicph's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform, any game, or any transaction shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nicph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
All content on nicph.org — including but not limited to the nicph brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of nicph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any nicph content without express written permission.
nicph's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using nicph you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and nicph shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through nicph's internal complaints process. To submit a complaint, contact support at nicph.org with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your account ID, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking. nicph will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
nicph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nicph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of nicph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

All nicph players must be at least 21 years old, verified by government-issued Philippine ID during KYC. Underage accounts are closed and all balances forfeited.
Each player may hold only one nicph account. Duplicate accounts result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicated accounts.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including multi-account bonus claiming — results in forfeiture and possible closure.
